Position Summary: Works to complete the printing production of decorated garments. The individual in this role is responsible to print high quality garments, with a high degree of efficiency to process the workload timely and consistent with equipment output standards for thru put while reducing misprints leading to waste.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Work closely with Printing Manager to plan and organize scheduled work
• Support Press Setup and Operation
• Must know logo placement for all size garments.
• Production of Shirts in a Timely Manner
• Manage press resulting in High standard of quality with a GREAT EYE FOR DETAIL, resulting in near zero defects
• Maintain a Neat, Clean, Well Organized Work Area by returning all work materials at end of day to their appropriate location, sealed and out of the way.
• Can handle heavy duty schedule and duties, when required.
• Knows how to print on automatic screen-printing machines

Physical demands: The physical demands of the job, including bending, sitting, lifting.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma/GED required
• 2+ years’ experience in Manual Press Setup, operation, automatic press setup and operation
• Must know logo placement for all size garments
