About Us: We are a dynamic architectural development, design, and project management firm based in Encino, specializing in innovative, out-of-the-box real estate development projects. Our portfolio includes boutique hotels, apartment buildings, subdivisions, and high-end custom properties. We pride ourselves on tackling complex, creative development challenges with precision and vision. While we are a small company, we manage large-scale projects with efficiency. We outsource all technical work and focus on management, coordination, and client relations.
Scope of Work: As the Entitlement & Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations along with managing the entitlement of our real estate and architectural development projects. Your role will involve a variety of tasks including:
Real Estate Negotiations & Land Acquisition: Oversee and manage negotiations for property deals, acquisitions, and project development opportunities.
Office Management/ Manager: Handle administrative tasks, office coordination, and internal communication to ensure smooth operations.
Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with architects, engineers, designers, and drafters to ensure project success.
Code Research & Compliance: Study local building codes, zoning laws, and other government regulations to ensure projects meet legal requirements.
Permit Expediting & Government Relations: Work directly with government authorities to expedite permits and approvals for projects.
Property Entitlement: Manage the entitlement process and ensure projects receive the necessary approvals and permits.
Writing business plans and dealing with investor relationships

Requirements:
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficient communication skills (verbal and written)
Fluent in English (verbal and written)
High energy, with a problem-solving mindset and the ability to think creatively.
Experience with project management, including coordinating teams, schedules, and budgets.
Proficient in Google Docs, Sheets, and Drive.
A go-getter attitude and a "winner mindset" that thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Preferred Requirements:
Architectural background or experience working in design and development projects.
Experience with property entitlement and real estate acquisition.
Real estate license is a plus.
Knowledge of working with government authorities, especially for expediting permits and managing project approvals.
IT experience and comfort with tech tools and software.
Familiarity with Autodesk Revit and other drafting/design software.
Experience in market research and the ability to write business plans.
