Role & Responsibilities
Recruitment and Selection
- Manage recruitment process for all MEA based roles including screening CV’s, preliminary interview of candidates.
- Co-ordinate with management teams to schedule interviews. Facilitate technical tests e.g. SHL assessments/ case studies.
- Work with management teams to ensure job descriptions are maintained for all roles
- Make channels of sourcing/selection e.g. Referrals, job sites, external consultants etc.
- Conduct reference checks and prepare and extend offers for candidates.
- Manage Vendor payment
- Manage the joining formalities
- Ensure new employee induction process for all MEA employees.
HR Excellence
- Maintain accurate HR information i.e. SAP HR, HR database, employee personnel files.
- Partner with central team to resolve any issue pertaining to SAP
- Ensure all HR Records are updated and maintained as per Audit standards
- Manage employee exit process.
- Prepare monthly/ annual & other need-based HR MIS
- Manage communications to employees for all employee meetings, Townhalls, family day and other events
Payroll Management
- Provide timely payroll inputs to the Shared Services team on any payroll changes for the month
- Reconciliation of the Payroll reports to ensure accuracy
- Coordinate with GBS payroll team for any issue resolution pertaining to payroll data
- Resolve any Payroll related queries from employees
- Issuance of the Salary Certificates letters to employees for VISA & Bank Account openings
- Submission of the required Payroll reports/Analysis for any internal/external stakeholders
HR Business Support
- Ensure accurate employee data in Workday
- Ensure latest HR Policies are updated in G&Me
- Work on introducing/improving/benchmarking policies basis local benchmarks and practices/trends
- Single Point of contact for global Workday/G&Me/HR Direct teams for any query/issue resolution
- Guide employees with all Workday/G&Me related queries
Drive Employee engagement and Fun & Work Initiatives across MEA
Organize monthly All Employee townhall and execute the MEA Reward & Recognition program
Facilities Management, Local IT Support, Entry & Exit VISA for new Joiners and Leaving employees, Statutory compliances
- Manage End to End Process for new Joiner VISA and cancellation of VISA for exiting employees
- Manage Benefit administration
- Insurance
- Renewal & Employee Communication
- Policy Maintenance – Additions/deletions/ reconciliations of financials
- Gratuity
- Ensure partnering with the accounting teams to ensure right classification of HR spends in appropriate cost centers
- Manages office vendors where possible seeks opportunities improve services and save costs
- Seeks partnership opportunities with hotel, restaurants, catering vendors aiming at creating synergies while maintaining high quality standards.
- Supervises the good use and maintenance of the office access system.
- Ensure all local legal and statutory compliances
- Keeps control of legal documents database, ensures it is maintained up to date and well organized.

Experience & Qualifications
- 5-6 years of experience in similar role & fluency in English language is a must
- Preferably an MBA, must have at least a Bachelor’s Degree
