Job Title: Contract Attorney - Personal Injury Law

Responsibilities:
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs, with a focus on personal injury cases.
• Take depositions of witnesses, including experts, as needed.
• Defend depositions in ongoing personal injury cases.
Qualifications:
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active bar license in California
• Minimum 7 Years of experience in personal injury litigation.
• Strong legal research and writing skills.
• Experience taking and defending depositions.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Compensation:
negotiable based on experience
