H.U.N.T. Properties, Inc. is looking for a commission only sales rep to find tenants for three different business models.
1) Month to Month Tenants for Commercial Property Owner:
Tenants for property owner. This is a field job, work from home job or come into an office with all the tools at your time and schedule. This is COMMISSION only. Commissions can be made same day and is a percentage of the first months rent brought in.
2) Selling Commercial Addresses for the Small Business. This is a field job, work from home or come into an office with all the tools needed to be successful. The commission is 100% of the first months rent. And a monthly residual income for a length of time. Commissions can be made same day.
3) Finding Sellers for Homes and Commercial property owners. The owner was a Vice President of RE/MAX Commercial for five years and has sold millions of dollars of real estate. This position is a high commission job where you are in the field, work from home or come into an office utilizing all the tools needed to be successful like software's, phones, computers and marketing materials. This position is also 100% commission.
MUST have resume. MUST have CA DL, Vehicle, Computer Helpful, Phone Sales Skills.
Owner will train. This sales person must have great communication skills, written and verbal. Must have a lot of mojo and the ability to talk to business to business professionals.
