Have you ever wanted to make big money from real estate or the mortgage business? We have an opportunity for you to plug in to get easy consistent money doing mortgage loans. This position requires that you commit to get licensed. If you don’t have a license with the California DRE or NMLS we will show you how to get licensed. In the meantime, we will train you how to do a few simple steps to get regular income working as a team to close mortgage loans.
The license you will need is a real estate license with the California department of real estate OR a broker’s license California department of real estate. You will also need an MLO license.
YOUR JOB:
We will get you the interested customer. You will follow up with the borrower to simply get the customer to send in their required loan documents, you will be paid within 7-10 days! You do nothing else!!
No telemarketing!
No paying for leads!
No waiting a month to get paid!
No paying for supplies.
If you don’t have your real estate license or MLO license you must get it before you are paid!!
We will train you on the loan programs and how to easily get your customer to send in their loan documents! We will meet weekly via zoom to brush up on the training and answer any questions you may have.
You get to choose from these 4 options:
FIRST TIER.
If you choose tier 1 then you will pay text blast dues of $150 per week then you will make 30% from your deals. If you did just 2 deals per month you will make $2-4K per month. This gives you 15k text blast per week.
SECOND TIER
If you choose tier 2 then you will pay text blast dues of $250 per week then you will make 40% from your deals. If you did just 2 deals per month you will make $3-6K per month. This gives you 25k text blast per week.
THIRD TIER
If you choose tier 3 then you will pay text blast dues of $350 per week then you will make 55% from your deals. If you did just 2 deals per month you will make $5-9K per month. This gives you 35k text blast per week.
FOURTH TIER
If you choose tier 4 then you bring your own customers. We close it for you. You get 80% of the deal. Which means you can make $7k-14k from just 2 deals per month.
