We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join a growing manufacturing company located in Bell Gardens, CA. This role is a key position within our team, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office, managing payroll, purchasing, accounting, and handling HR-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage A/P and A/R processes
-Handle payroll and data entry accurately and on time
-Oversee purchasing and receiving operations
-Ensure HR compliance in work habits and behavior
-Use QuickBooks for accounting and financial tracking
-Assist with Fishbowl (or similar manufacturing platform) for inventory and operations management
-Maintain and support the day-to-day office functions
Required Skills & Experience:
-Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
-Strong knowledge of QuickBooks (minimum of 2 years)
-Experience with Fishbowl or similar manufacturing software
-Bilingual (English/Spanish)
-Ability to work 45+ hours a week when required
-Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent attention to detail
-Credit check will be performed as part of the hiring process
