General Labor:
A General Laborer ensures a site runs smoothly, providing customers/clients with a clean and pleasant experience while supporting operations.
Perform various tasks including site cleanup, digging, landscaping, and light construction.
Assist with unloading trucks and moving goods into storage or onto the sales floor.
Sweep floors, mop spills, and ensure aisles and common areas are tidy.
Empty trash bins and sort recyclables to maintain cleanliness.
Help arrange promotional displays or seasonal decorations.
Shopping Cart & Lot Attendants:
The goal of a Shopping Lot Attendant is to make the parking lot experience smooth and stress-free for customers while contributing to the overall safety and organization of the store environment.
Help keep shopping carts organized and assist customers with their carts in the parking lot.
Collect shopping carts from the parking lot and return them to the designated cart corrals or store entrance.
Ensure carts are clean and free of debris before us
Keep the parking lot clean and free of litter or debris.
Report any safety hazards like spills, loose carts, or damaged equipment to management.
Monitor the lot for any suspicious activity and report it to security or store management.
Stock Clerks:
The goal of a Stock Clerk is to ensure that customers can easily find what they need and that the store remains organized, clean, and efficient.
Assist with stocking shelves, organizing inventory, and maintaining store cleanliness.
Unload shipments and organize items in the stockroom.
Perform inventory counts and report shortages or overstock.
Rotate stock by checking expiration dates and ensuring older products are displayed first.
Replace damaged or misplaced items on shelves.
Help customers locate items in the store and answer questions about products or availability.
Dishwashers:
Both roles below require teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment to keep things running smoothly for staff and customers alike!
Keep kitchens and dining areas clean and efficient in restaurants and catering events.
Wash, rinse, and sanitize plates, glasses, utensils, and cooking equipment using commercial dishwashers or by hand.
Properly dispose of garbage and recycling materials.
Restock cleaned dishes, utensils, and equipment in their designated areas.
Ensure cleaning supplies are well-stocked.
Clean and sanitize kitchen surfaces, sinks, and floors as needed and take out trash and keep waste areas tidy
Bussers:
Quickly clear tables of dishes, glassware, and trash after guests leave.
Wipe down and sanitize tables and seating areas.
Refill water glasses or bring bread, napkins, or condiments to tables as needed.
Ensure servers have the supplies they need, like clean silverware or plates.
Transport dirty dishes to the dishwashing station.
Sweep floors, tidy chairs, ensure the dining area looks welcoming and monitor and restock supplies like napkins, straws, and condiments.
Unarmed Security Officers:
Unarmed Security Guards ensure safety and peace of mind while maintaining a welcoming and professional presence.
Monitor premises, ensure safety, and provide excellent customer service in various environments.
Observation and Monitoring:
Patrol Premises: Conduct regular patrols of the property, including building interiors, exteriors, and parking areas. Monitor for any unusual or suspicious activity.
Surveillance: Keep an eye on surveillance cameras and report any unusual occurrences. Ensure restricted areas are secure and access is limited to authorized personnel. Access Control: Verify Entry: Check IDs, visitor passes, or employee badges to ensure only authorized individuals enter the premises if needed.

Safety Compliance: Inspect and Report Hazards: Identify potential safety hazards like spills, broken equipment, or unsecured doors and report them to management. Enforce Rules and Policies: Ensure employees, customers, or visitors adhere to company policies and regulations.
Documentation and Communication: Maintain Incident Reports: Document and report any incidents, such as theft, accidents, or trespassing, in a clear and detailed manner.
Collaborate with Law Enforcement: Provide assistance to police or emergency responders when needed.
Deterrence and Prevention/Visible Presence: Act as a visible deterrent to potential criminal activity by maintaining a professional and alert demeanor.
De-escalate Situations: Calmly manage disputes or conflicts and resolve them without the need for physical intervention.
Requirements:
Must be dependable and have a positive attitude.
Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Experience preferred but not required for most positions.
