Trabajarás en un ambiente de ritmo rápido, manteniendo los barcos, muelles e instalaciones limpios y listos para mostrar en todo momento. La confiabilidad y un horario flexible son imprescindibles.
**Deberes y Responsabilidades Esenciales:**
- Capacidad para resolver problemas básicos de reparaciones
- Capacidad para levantar 50 libras (Requisito)
- Capacidad para escalar escaleras
- Cumplir con las prácticas, políticas y procedimientos de seguridad
- Limpiar áreas comunes (baños, oficinas, comedores, pasillos) incluyendo barrer, trapear, aspirar, limpiar ventanas, vaciar basura, etc.
- Asistir con el control de inventario de herramientas, equipos y suministros.
- Otras tareas laborales según se asignen
**Requisitos y Calificaciones:**
- Mínimo de 1 año de experiencia en limpieza y mantenimiento es útil
- Conocimiento de herramientas eléctricas
- Bilingüe es un plus (inglés/español)

City Experiences is seeking a Boat Cleaner in Newport Beach
About You:
This person will be adaptable, dynamic, and embody City Experiences’ RESPECT Service System.
About the Opportunity:
Part-time successful candidates will be motivated self-starters who are dependable, have a positive attitude and possess good communication skills. You will work in a fast-paced environment, keeping the vessels, piers and facilities clean and Show Ready at all times. Reliability and a flexible schedule is a must.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
· Ability to problem solve basic repairs
· Ability to lift 50 pounds (Requirement)
· Ability to scale ladders
· Comply with safety practices, policies, and procedures
· Cleaning common areas (restrooms, offices, dining areas, hallways) including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, cleaning windows, emptying trash, etc.
· Assist with maintaining inventory control of tools, equipment, and supplies.
· Additional job duties as assigned
Requirements & Qualifications:
· 1-year minimum experience in Cleaning and Maintenance is helpful
· Knowledge of power tools
· Bi-lingual is a plus English/Spanish
