The stunning Conrad New York Downtown is looking for a
Bar Manager to join the Leonessa team!
Stay inspired and join the pinnacle of luxury in the heart of Lower Manhattan, featuring 463 rooms, 30,000 square feet of banquet space, and 3 food and beverage outlets. This includes a 3-meal restaurant, rooftop bar, and in-room dining.
In this role, you will oversee the rooftop bar, Loopy Doopy, during season (April - December and rotate through the other two food and beverage outlets the rest of the year (Atrio Restaurant and In-Room Dining) primarily focusing on the PM shift. You will manage a team of up to 40 and report directly to the Assistant Director of Food & Beverage.
The ideal candidate will be a driven leader with creativity, initiative, and passion seeking to advance within luxury hospitality. At least three (3) years of food and beverage management experience with a background in upscale dining and managing union staff is required.

What will I be doing?As a Leonessa Bar Manager, you will direct and organize the activities of the Food & Beverage departments to maintain the high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits through outstanding customer service.
- Plan and direct the functions of administration and planning of the Food & Beverage department to meet the daily needs of the operation.
- Implement effective controls of food, beverage and labor costs.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards.
- Help ensure high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits and ensure outstanding customer service.
- Interview, train, supervise, counsel, schedule and evaluate staff.

Salary Range: $90,000 - $100,000 - based on applicable and specialized experience and location.
