Seeking a physically strong person with HEALTHY LIFESTYLE (NO SMOKERS, NO DRUG USERS, LIGHT OR NO DRINKING) for average 10hrs/week of assistance with various farm tasks including animal care (goats, chickens, and dogs), snow shoveling, and other outdoor chores. Experience with farm/tools/irrigation is a plus, but most important are RELIABILITY and GOOD COMMUNICATION. (Se habla poquito de espanol)
We provide a 26-foot trailer on SW Redmond property with hook-ups, queen bed, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, parking for one vehicle, all utilities including heat, power, wifi, and use of washer/dryer. Interior is clean and in good repair. Beautiful quiet farm environment, only 5 minutes to Redmond and 20 minutes to Bend.
Hours are flexible but will include some daytime hours, including one or more weekday mornings. Please note: If you are working full time days elsewhere you will not have enough time to work here. Job is for someone retired or working part-time or perhaps a college student or work-from-home. Will consider also providing hourly pay for additional work hours when needed. Background check will be done and credible references are required.
PET POLICY: One SMALL dog (under 25 lbs) considered - no cats. Please don't ask for exceptions to this limit. Pet screening provided by the resident dogs.
