Job DescriptionRole is responsible for building dedicated audience-specific plans for assigned segments to drive market share growth; supporting daily management, education and relationships with multicultural committees
Primary Accountabilities:
- Collaborate with senior leadership to break down the overall business strategy into detailed audience-specific plans for assigned audiences.
- Provide strategic consulting to national and local marketing teams on audience growth opportunities and tactics.
- Manage relationships with the multicultural committees and owner / operators, preparing reports and insights for review.
- Lead training efforts for both national and local teams, ensuring alignment and understanding of audience-specific strategies.
- Analyze audience data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Ensure consistency in audience strategy execution across markets and regions.
Qualifications- BA / BS in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
- 6-8 years of experience in marketing, audience strategy or business consulting
- Experience working / influencing franchisees and owner / operators
- Multicultural experience preferred
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect business strategy to audience insights.
- Experience working with national and local teams to educate / inform rationale behind audience strategies.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- Ability to present data-driven insights to senior leadership.
