Peel Tech is a consumer IT consulting company based out of Seattle with a heart. We specialize in helping older adults navigate the tech world with confidence. From setting up smartphones to troubleshooting computers and smart home devices, we bring concierge-level tech support to those who need it most.
What We’re Looking For:
We’re expanding to the Palm Springs/Palm Desert area and need a local tech expert to help us open and run our first office in the region. This is more than just a job – it’s an opportunity to grow with us as we bring personalized tech support to the community.
The Ideal Candidate:
• Located in Palm Springs, Palm Desert, or surrounding areas
• Tech-savvy with experience troubleshooting and teaching technology (smartphones, wifi, tablets, computers, smart homes devices, familiar with Apple and Microsoft, etc.)
• Friendly, patient, and able to explain tech in simple terms
• Entrepreneurial spirit and excited about building something from the ground up
• Bonus points if you have experience working with older adults
What You’ll Do:
• Help set up and establish our local "office"
• Provide one-on-one tech support for clients (both on-site and remote)
• Assist with community outreach to build awareness of Peel Tech
• Be the face of Peel Tech in Palm Springs/Palm Desert
