We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented administrative assistant to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the management team, as well as ensuring smooth operations within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
• Scheduling and coordinating meetings, conference calls and appointments
• Answering and directing phone calls and emails
• Managing and maintaining company databases and records ( DOCUSIGNS)
• Creating and editing documents, spreadsheets and presentations ( EXCEL)
• Managing and organizing company files and documents
• Providing general administrative support as needed
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience with online collaboration tools such as Zoom
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
