We are seeking an HVAC Installation Manager to help run our Santa Clara branch. This position takes ownership of the Install Department and reports to the CEO.
*MUST LIVE WITHIN 25 MILES OF SHOP*
Responsibilities:
Maintain a safe and clean work environment
Assist with the installation and repair of all HVAC equipment
Furnish tools, materials and supplies to install crews
Perform routine job-walks
Track & order all equipment and supplies
Provide clients with bids, quotes & proposals
Conduct interviews & assist with new-hire onboarding
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of HVAC experience
Familiarity with HVAC systems (heat pumps, ductless mini-splits, package units, FAU's, furnaces and split systems)
Experience managing a team(s)
Ability to use Field Edge software
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Highly organized & responsive to calls, texts, and emails

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
