You need to know how to take down questions and how to have people skills over the phone.
This is very important.
Clients need to trust you and if you do not have people skills and a caring personality you will not connect with them.
The other 50% of this job is paralegal work.
I do not care if you have experience in this or not.
If you are willing to learn I will teach you this skill.
In criminal defense the only way you learn is by action.
Therefore, we will train you on how to become a paralegal and how to communicate with the DMV and the Criminal courts.
Type of Work:
- Full Time Employment 40+ hours a week.
- Starting Wage: $18 - $21 hourly
- Monthly/Weekly Bonus available
- You will get raises. One raise after 45 days of employment and another raise after 90 days of employment.
What I require is this:
- You must know Spanish
- I need you to be bilingual in English and Spanish, 80% of our clients are Spanish Speakers
- Must be able to outbound 100 calls a day, I need you making at least 100 calls a day
- Must be a good multitasker, you need to know how to juggle different tasks at once, this is fast pace
- Must have basic computer skills, I need to know how to use a cell phone and know how to type
- Good attitude, this job in my opinion is fun and you feel very accomplished but it will get stressful. You have to have a good strong attitude if you want to do good here.
- You might have to work Saturdays or Sundays upon request, this is only if it is necessary
- Must have the ability to want to learn, there is so much to teach you but you need to be receptive to learn new information.
Experience:
Some of the best people I've ever worked with didn't come with experience.
They came with an attitude of wanting to work and learn.
They are motivated in doing great.
They are not scared of being in a stressful environment.
They come with an attitude of putting your head down and work.
They are not scared to work 5 or 6 days a week 8 - 10hrs a day.
If you consider yourself a sales person that is willing to do administrative task this is the place for you.
On site or Remote Work:
This career, will require you to work from home 80% of the time.
You need to have a quite space to work out of without a lot of distractions.
If it's to noisy in your household then this will not work out for us because you will speak with potential clients and I cannot have them feeling that you work from home. Some of our clients are very skeptical and I want them to feel comfortable.
