This individual will assist Human Resources in areas such as employee on-boarding, employment documentation, and recruitment support. This position will be remote, but the candidate should reside in the Western region of the US for logistical and operational purposes.
Pay range: $20 - $25 per hour

What you’ll do as an HR Specialist
- Assist in all HR duties such as on-boarding, processing change requests, and maintaining records.
- Inputs new employee information into HRIS, payroll, and time and atendance systems.
- Assist in leave of absence tracking
- Assist with benefits questions to ensure quick resolutions
- Perform data entry into our HR Information System to accurately maintain confidential information.
- Participate in projects in multiple areas of Human Resources as needed.
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field experience.
- 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
- Outstanding interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint; experience working with Google Suite is preferred.
Pay range: $20 - $25 per hour
