We are looking for an executive chef to manage 3 Oaxacan restaurants in Los Angeles Area
This position requires the following:
be able to supervise 3 kitchens
develop kitchen leads
be responsible for health department, sanitation, cleaning, schedules, safety and ordering food
manage food cost and reach goal
manage labor cost for the 3 restaurants and reach goals
develops new recipes to and execute them in the 3 restaurants
must be hands on and be able to accomplish great results by motivating, training and coaching the team members
work along with the Regional Manager to increase sales and keep high standards in our restaurants
