Location: Oceanside, CA
Schedule: Monday through Friday, with some Saturdays
Hours: 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
Compensation:$35/hr (DOE)

We are seeking a skilled Auto Body Repairer to join our team in Oceanside, CA. The ideal candidate will have experience assessing and repairing damaged vehicles with precision, ensuring top-quality work. Key Responsibilities
- **Damage Assessment:** Inspect and evaluate the extent of vehicle damage to determine the best repair methods.
- **Body Repair:** Straighten or replace damaged panels, fenders, doors, and frames using hydraulic tools, welding equipment, and other specialized tools.
- **Dent Removal:** Restore the original shape of damaged areas using panel beating, dent pulling, or filler materials.
- **Surface Preparation:** Smooth and prepare vehicle surfaces through sanding, grinding, and applying filler as needed for a flawless finish.
- **Painting and Refinishing:** Match and apply paint using spray guns and blending techniques, achieving seamless transitions and professional finishes.
- **Detailing and Assembly:** Reassemble repaired vehicles, installing trims, moldings, lights, and mirrors with precise alignment.
- **Quality Control:** Conduct thorough inspections to ensure repairs meet industry standards and customer satisfaction.
- **Customer Communication:** Provide updates and explanations of repair procedures and costs to customers and stakeholders.
- **Equipment Maintenance:** Maintain and ensure the proper functioning of tools and equipment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in auto body repair.
- Expertise in using specialized tools and equipment for vehicle repair and refinishing.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Effective communication skills for customer and team interactions.
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus.
