Litigation Attorney
Hire Counsel is seeking a Litigation Attorney for our client, a premier legal resource for business disputes throughout Southern California.
Duration: 4+ months
Hours: 40 hours per week
Pay: $95 per hour
Location: Remote (Must be California Barred)
Responsibilities:
- Research, analysis and writing/memos/motions
- Assist on discovery, review and organize documents and prep for depositions
- Prepare chronology/Witness binders
- Assist on prep for arbitration, exhibits and briefing
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years' experience
- CA Barred Resource
- Able to work independently. Highest standards of integrity and ethics.
- Able to manage a workload, prioritize and manage expectations.
