In this role, you will:- Develop and oversee the curriculum and learning experience design of sales development programs delivered to Merchant Services sales and Relationship Management teams in partnership with enterprise Learning and Development
- Apply learning models, benchmark best practices/trends, and maintain knowledge of cutting-edge approaches to provide learning solutions designed to improve Merchant Services front-end team knowledge and improve sales effectiveness
- Work with Segment leaders to conduct comprehensive needs analyses on a regular basis, recognize emerging patterns leveraging data, and make recommendations to strengthen proven areas of success and address gaps and/or potential opportunities
- Partner with Small Business and Commercial and Corporate Investment business leaders and Learning and Development partners to develop learning strategies and experiences for various learning styles, to meet people where they are and bring them forward on their journey
- Create a foundational curriculum for managers and non-supervisors looking for professional development, while ensuring that our company's core values are integrated in all learning programs
- Design materials and supplement with additional support tools such as podcasts, eLearning, in-person seminars and various experiential assignments to reinforce learning and promote further development
- Lead the development and hands-on execution of instructor-led, web based, and blended delivery training in partnership with enterprise Learning & Development team
- Use metrics to track the effectiveness of learning programs develop an ongoing feedback loop with end users to ensure continuous improvements. Develop appropriate data-gathering methodologies, such as focus groups, interviews, survey design, and analysis and 360-degree feedback to design OD initiatives
- Project manage end-to-end design and integration of various programs (i.e., performance reviews, talent calibrations, succession planning, and leadership development programs)
- Operationalize & scale efforts to define systems requirements and implementation of a global learning management program
- Possess deep understanding of employee population and needs in order to design programs across all locations, employee levels, and job roles, allowing for flexibility to enhance and improve initiatives
Required Qualifications:- 6+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 3+ years Management experience
Desired Qualifications:- 6+ years of leading learning & development programs, talent and skills development, organizational design, or organization development experience
- Merchant Services experience, preferably within the financial services industry
- Proven experience in the ideation, design and delivery of impactful and engaging adult learning methodologies and development programs
- Experience in consulting and training across all levels of an organization
- Project management experience, with proven ability to handle several complex projects and priorities simultaneously
- Experience analyzing data in order to identify and develop best-in-class sales development recommendations
- Expertise in sales development and adult learning methodologies and best practices
- Demonstrated expertise in sales development strategy, approach, curriculum and frameworks
- Experience creating and delivering program curricula that address upskilling and engage learners in-person, virtually, and blended delivery
- Experience assessing and evaluating the effectiveness of instructional material.
- Demonstrated success creating and managing accessible, relevant content for users
- Experience working closely with leaders, including identifying needs, developing action plans, identifying deliverables, and presenting results and recommendations
- Strong business acumen with the ability to influence during times of change
Job Expectations:- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
