5. Good channel development ability, excellent proven track record in furniture industry and self-motivation, result-oriented;
6. Strong sense of responsibility and innovative spirit, able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment;
7. Good teamwork spirit and leadership, able to guide and motivate the team to achieve goals;
Requirements
1. Responsible for the overall management of the US sofa OEM market, implement overall market strategy and achieve growth goals;
2. Responsible for the analysis of the US sofa industry and consumer groups, output analysis reports, and provide decision-making basis for the headquarters;
3. Participate in industry exhibitions;
4. Manage and supervise the market development cost budget, and regularly give optimization suggestions;
5. Submit work reports regularly, review work processes and customer communication;
6. Recruit and train subordinates, guide and motivate the team to achieve performance goals.
