CSR/Logistics- experienced in LTL, FTL, BOL-
• Excellent Phone skills and etiquette
• Ability to answer high volume calls, take accurate messages and direct calls
• Maintain appointments scheduling and reports
• Proficient in Excel, MS Word, Quickbooks
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Greet vendors, customer and staff
• Check in all visitors’ customers, and vendors, with appointments scheduled

• Proficient in Excel, MS Word, Quickbooks
