The position will lead Production, Construction / Project Management, Engineering, Human Resources, Accounting, Safety and have full P&L responsibility. With the right set of skills, abilities and personality, this position may move into a President role within a year. The position offers full benefit package, car allowance, profit sharing, great salary ($150-$180) and bonus opportunity.

Highlighted Duties:
- Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve business objectives and financial targets.
- Assist with company’s P&L, including revenue, costs and profitability analysis
- Collaborate with customers to understand their requirements and ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Lead and motivate production teams to achieve optimal performance and meet production targets.
- Oversee project management processes from inception to completion, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Work closely with the engineering team to innovate and improve manufacturing processes.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
Highlighted Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in a managerial role within heavy industrial manufacturing or custom metal fabrication or Industrial Construction Management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Exceptional project management and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in implementing process improvements and driving operational excellent
