Overview
We’re adding Recruitment Sourcing Specialist to join our team. This position will be a behind the scenes role supporting our Hospice Recruiters to increase the candidate flow and provide necessary reports.
Even though this is a remote role, candidate must live in these markets where we have locations: Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Kansas, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia or Wisconsin.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies based on position.
- Develop and maintain a ready pool of candidates by effectively using recruitment technology (i.e. email blasts, text campaigns), cold calling, networking, hosting recruitment event, dropping direct mail pieces, database mining and building relationships in the community.
- Work directly with the recruiters to understand where additional support is needed.
- Identify potential candidates and conduct initial screening to ensure they meet basic requirements.
- Schedule qualified candidates to the recruiter’s calendar to be fully screened/interviewed.
- Effectively prioritize responsibilities to produce results in a timely manner.
- Improve expertise by researching current industry knowledge and competitive data.
- Maintain tracking reports displaying recruitment activity and candidate flow.
About You
- Associate degree in marketing, communications, HR or organization design
- Minimum 1 year experience in healthcare recruitment
- Proficient in recruiting technology (i.e., Boolean searches) and tools (i.e. Indeed, LinkedIn, texting software)
- Professional judgment when reviewing resumes to determine who to move forward in the interview process.
- Professional judgement and strong decision-making skills to determine when to execute recruitment strategies.
- Strong knowledge and ability with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and other applicable software.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; able to work well with others.
- Demonstrates the ability to be flexible and organized.
- Strong customer skills.
- Strong attention to detail and proactive follow-up skills.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
