HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT
Your Role:
- Works under the direction of the Director for Colleague Learning and Development (Dir/Colleague Learning/Develop).
- Responsible for managing all operational activities, tactical planning, and resources related to the Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare (TMH) LMS.
- Integral in choosing and building the LMS. Provides strategic leadership supporting acquiring and using the LMS effectively.
- Leverages the LMS’s capabilities and optimizes its use.
- Responsible for using innovative and creative approaches to implement, support, and maintain the LMS.
- Responsible for continuously updating technical requirements, including future sourcing efforts.
- Creates and maintains strategic relationships with LMS content vendors.
- Maintains data ongoingly. Plans for system upgrades, new modules, and additional innovations supporting TMH’s growth.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO APPLY
Required Education:
Bachelor's degree in adult education, management information systems, health systems, business administration, or a related field.
Required Experience:
- Four (4) years of applicable experience delivering and/or developing instruction, including experience with online course authoring tools (e.g., Lectora, Captivate, or Articulate) and database management (e.g., Microsoft Access)
- Two (2) years of directly-related professional experience.
Required Certification/License/Registry:
- HealthStream LMS administrator certification within 90 days post-hire.
Preferred Certification/License/Registry:
- Certified Technical Trainer (CTT) credential.
