DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Deliver and pick up packages and supplies between customer offices and ABC Imaging locations.
Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional demeanor.
Communicate with customers to identify opportunities for repeat business.
Obtain customer signatures and report service complaints.
Maintain detailed delivery and mileage logs.
Communicate with dispatch via hands-free radio or cell phone.
Ensure the company vehicle is clean and reliable for use.
Assist with production tasks and equipment movement as needed.
Follow all company and government safety rules and regulations.
REQUIREMENTS:
High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
1-3 years of driving experience.
Strong customer service skills.
Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
