As a Bartender you are responsible to provide the highest level of hospitality when preparing and providing beverages and your role will include key responsible such as:
• Follow all drink recipes and all Paragon procedures
• Oversee the preparation and presentation of beverages to meet set standards
• Follow daily cleaning schedule for bar area
• Ensure adherence to stock control procedures
• Monitor all supplies
• Check stock is correctly rotated and stored to reduce waste
• Implement improvements for products and service
• Customer service
Skills and Experience
• Minimum of 5 years bartending
• Complete working knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Basic knowledge of tablet based POS system
• Must have food handlers card
• Tip certified
Line cooks
We are looking for a professional line cook to prepare food to the exact chef’s specifications and to set up stations that support our menu. The successful candidate will be cook in a fast paced, high volume environment and can multitask.
Responsibilities
• Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
• Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, slicing meats, or preparing sauces)
• Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
• Clean up station and take care of leftover food
• Stock inventory appropriately
• Ensure that food comes out simultaneously in high quality, timely fashion in a fast paced high volume environment
• Comply with sanitation and safety standards
• Maintain positive and professional approach with co-workers and customers
• Be able to rotate all cook stations
Requirements
• Proven cooking experience at least 2 years in a high volume environment
• Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
• Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
Cocinero de Linea
Buscamos a cocineros profesionales y con experiencia para preparacion de comida siguiendo las especificaciones exactas del Chef y arreglar las estaciones de soporte de nuestro menu. El candidato escogido estara cocinando en un ambiente de paso acelerado, alto volume y que pueda hacer multiples tareas a la vez.
Responsabilidades
• Configurar y rellenar las estaciones con todos los suministros necesarios
• Preparacion de comida para el servicio (ej: cortar vegetales, corte de carnes, o prepara salsas)
• Cocinar articulos del menu, en cooperacion con el resto del personal de la cocina
• Limpiar las estaciones y preparar la comida sobrante para guardarla apropiadamente
• Guardar el inventario apropiadamente
• Asegurar que la comida sale con alta calidad, de manera oportuna en un ambiente acelerado y de alto volume, simultaneamente.
• Cumplir con las estandares de saneamiento y seguridad
• Mantener contacto positivo y profesional con companeros de trabajo y clientes.
• Ser capaz de rotar en todas las estaciones de la cocina
