Entry Level Personal and Office Assistant
We are looking for a Personal and Office Assistant to join our team. Our ideal Personal office candidate is a professional, organized, positive attitude.
Responsibilities:
• Answer company phone
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the office manager and team members as needed
• Is a detailed and intuitive communicator, both verbally and in writing
• Has the ability to learn things quickly and thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Teachable – comfortable asking questions to gain a complete understanding of projects and assignments
• Resourceful – finds a way to get things done regardless of circumstances and without sacrificing quality
• Self-motivated – able to work with a team and individually
• Accountable – owns assigned projects and works with other parties as needed to ensure completion
• Internet and Computer Skills Plus.
• Driving out of Office as needed.
Requirements:
• Has some basic knowledge of Microsoft Word And Excel (Only)
• Good phone respond
• Bilingual is Plus! (Spanish, Pilipino, Indian, Urdu are main customers)
• Driving License Must!
