My task would be to locate suitable lots for new residential real estate development projects (ADUs, SFR, 2-4 units, 5+ units) or existing apartment buildings that may offer value add/upside opportunity (below market price, remodel, add more units, better management....).
I'm a licensed real estate broker that understands residential and commercial real estate, zoning, and construction. I'm also able to also assist the project manager or be the project manager, I understand real estate financing, leasing, property management, underwriting the deals, complete proformas and much more.... (one of my trainer is Jerome Maldonado, a nationwide real estate developer). I'm able to communicate with the city, architects/designers, engineers, and other professionals all the way to get the project permit ready.
