Bartender Job Description:
• Show up on-time, ready to work with ability to focus
• Clean and prepare the bar areas
• Check customer’s ID if necessary to assure they are of legal drinking age.
• Adhere to house cocktail recipes
• Demonstrate proficient beverage knowledge (Liquor, Wine, and Beer).
• Assist other FOH staff to perform setting up restaurant, cleaning restaurant, bussing tables, running food, taking food orders, making cocktails, serving guests, assisting host staff and opening and serving wine, when needed.
• Perform all duties while following all health department sanitation requirements.
• Demonstrate a positive example and no consumption of alcoholic beverages while working.
• When necessary, run drinks to tables
Pay: Start @ $17-19 - per hour, plus share tips.
Please have at least 1 year of bartending experience but if you're a rockstar with no experience and willing to learn we can train you.
