SKYSTAFF is currently looking for assemblers to start as soon as possible! , will assist in building Golf Carts.
Shift: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm .
Key Responsibilities:
• Assemble golf carts by installing mechanical, electrical, and structural components based on provided instructions, diagrams.
• Connect and secure wiring, batteries, motors, and other essential parts.
• Install optional accessories and features as requested by customers or management.
Quality Assurance:
• Conduct visual inspections of parts and completed carts to identify defects or assembly issues.
• Test carts for functionality, ensuring all components operate smoothly.
• Address and resolve assembly discrepancies or malfunctions promptly.
Inventory Management:
• Ensure accurate use and tracking of tools, parts, and materials required for assembly.
• Report shortages or defective materials to the supervisor.
Safety and Maintenance:
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines while working.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
• Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Mandatory fluent english
• Basic knowledge of mechanical systems and hand tools.
• Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical capability to lift and move components (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
