Villi Companions are warm, helpful individuals who provide assistance with everyday tasks many people take for granted. Companions’ primary roles are to bring a little sunshine to someone’s day, ease daily burdens and just be good company. The Villi Companion provides services to clients in their place of residence or preferred location throughout the greater Dallas/Ft. Worth area that includes certain non-medical, “hands-off” services.
Our core Services/Duties include:
1. Company and Conversation: Make a true difference in someone's day with some simple, meaningful quality time.
2. Daily Tasks: Provide a little help with everyday tasks, such as light housekeeping, laundry, dishes, meal prep and more.
3. Transportation Around Town: Transport clients to appointments and errands while providing friendship and support.
4. Social Errands and Events: Share life-enhancing trips that provide new social experiences and create new memories.
*We are hiring throughout the Dallas/Ft. Worth areas including Arlington, Dallas, Denton, Flower Mound, Fort Worth, Frisco, Plano, McKinney, Garland, and Grand Prairie.

3. Complete Onboarding-this includes hiring paperwork and orientation
4. Download our Scheduling App-log in and create your profile to start scheduling jobs and making client connections
Qualifications for Villi Companions:
Must be 18 years of age or older
Must have proficiency in the English language
Must have reliable transportation and access to a cell phone
Must pass a background check
