We are a company devoted to produce battery raw materials for electric vehicles and other energy needs applications.
Now, we have built a test lab with test equipment, ICP-OES etc., we need a lab tech to help to run daily samples. This position will be hourly job, 8 to 5, Monday to Friday, some overtime may need. We pay above average compensation, and other benefits.
Responsibilities
• Demonstrate knowledge of lab safety practices and adhere to all safety protocols to ensure personnel safety.
• Assist in planning and designing experimental equipment.
• Operate test equipment independently on-site.
• Recommend improvements to products or processes.
• Provide status reports as requested.
• Identify suppliers and requisition necessary equipment, supplies, and services.
• Evaluate potential hazards in proposed experiments.
• Prepare Process Safety Review (PSR) documents.
• Assist in scheduling experimental programs.
• Recommend changes to test or safety protocols, as appropriate.
• Review relevant literature and communicate new ideas to the supervisor.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Follow proper waste disposal procedures in compliance with applicable laws.
Requirements
• Experience with inorganic lab testing or an Associate Degree in Chemistry.
• Ability to operate data acquisition systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
