Compensation
Mount Sinai South Nassau provides a salary range in good faith determination of potential compensation to comply with the New York State law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, education, and hospital need. The salary range listed does not include bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation or benefits.
Annual Pay: $90,000 to $125,000

Position Summary
Summary:
The Service Line Administrator for Medicine & Pediatric Services is responsible for the administration, direction and coordination of activities related to Hospitalist and Pediatric service lines. In collaboration with the Chief Medical Officer and Clinical Departmental leads they will establish and tracks Performance Improvement goals for Hospitalist and Pediatric Services. They will ensure effective integration of Mount Sinai South Nassau Hospitalist and Pediatric Services with the Mount Sinai Health System.

Education Required
• Must complete in-house orientation program
• Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration or Master's degree with relevant experience
Experience And Skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Speaks, reads and writes English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
• 5 plus years of experience working with physicians and/or Executive level management in a healthcare organization
• Ability to work independently, strong work ethic, organizational skills
• Able to create positive environment
• Specialized administrative training preferred
• Ability to prioritize, work in stress environment along with previous healthcare and medical terminology experience preferred
