Position: Front Desk Receptionist
Job Description:
• Greet guests warmly and check them into their rooms efficiently.
• Provide information about the inn's amenities, local attractions, and dining options.
• Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle reservations.
• Assist guests with special requests and ensure their comfort during their stay.
• Handle payments and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready for new arrivals.
• Address any guest concerns promptly and professionally.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in hospitality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of reservation systems.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
