UCSF Fresno and the Inspire Health Medical Group are currently seeking a full-time Advanced Gastroenterologist to join the Gastroenterology and Hepatology Division as a faculty member. The ideal candidate will be committed to clinical excellence and interested in contributing to medical education and research. Required qualifications include an MD, DO, or equivalent degree, successful completion of Internal Medicine residency, Gastroenterology fellowship and Advanced Endoscopy fellowship in ERCP and EUS. Applicants should be Board certified or eligible in Gastroenterology and eligible to obtain a California medical license.
UCSF Fresno prides itself on having a well-established, ACGME-accredited Gastroenterology fellowship program. Faculty duties will encompass direct patient care, resident and fellow instruction and supervision, conducting endoscopic procedures, and engaging in clinical research. Faculty appointments with UCSF will be determined based on the applicant's qualifications and achievements. The UCSF Fresno Medical Education Program provides care in Community Regional Medical Center (CRMC), a 700-bed Level 1 Trauma Center, and has a state-of-the-art endoscopy suite.
