Lot Attendant position available immediately for a repossession company based out of Stockton.
This is a Monday-Friday 9am-4pm job
Applicants job duties will mainly entail working the gate to assist transporters arriving to pick up cars for the auctions. Job duties may/will vary, and can change without notice but will also include the following:
* Photograph each unit that has been repossessed. Photos will include interior and exterior following a formatted list with an average of 20 photos.
* Taking inventory of all personal property located inside each unit and uploading that information into each account.
* Removing all personal property and storing it in an organized & designated warehouse keeping everything extremely detailed and organized.
* Pulling personal property upon direction of the office for debtors retrieving their items.
* Pulling out cars upon direction of the office for debtors redeeming their car.
* Maintaining the cleanliness of the lot, picking up trash, organizing daily tools used, provide list of needed supplies to the office.
* Walking the fence line each morning making a note for any maintenance issues, high weeds etc...
We are looking for someone that pays extra attention to detail. Must be able to carry yourself in a professional manner at all times. Must be able to work outdoors, in the elements, with little supervision and be self motivated. A positive attitude is a must.
We do not tolerate :
* Routinely calling out of work.
* Talking personal calls while working, unless it is an emergency (this is how mistakes occur)
This is a fast-paced job, attention to detail is of the upmost importance.
Must be able to pass a drug screening as well as random testing. Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
