The role you’ll contribute:
· Supports their leader in executing communications and engagement strategies that drive business goals and foster dynamic engagement between our team members, leaders, physicians and the AdventHealth brand
· Develops communications that reach a variety of campus or business unit audiences across multiple platforms including email, Intranet, campus activations and social media, if applicable
· In partnership with C-Suite, Human Resources, Events, MarComm, Medical Staff and other internal departments, creates a holistic communications and engagement ecosystem and experience for the team member or physician
· Proactively develops dynamic stories or content (written, video, digital) that showcases team members and physicians carrying out AdventHealth’s mission at campuses and business units
· Supports campus/business unit CEOs with PowerPoint development, talking points and other forms of ghost writing, if applicable
· Collaborates with campus or business unit leaders to develop town halls, award ceremonies, training and other culture-building events
· Staffs culture-building events and activities at campuses/business units
· Actively engages with the Human Resources Business Partners, and maintains strong relationships with an array of campus/business unit team members to keep a pulse on the culture and engagement needs
· Partners with campus/business unit members to create or co-create visual communications needs including flyers, digital displays and other activations
· Supports Division, regional and systemwide communications priorities and special projects (if applicable)
· Tracks campus/business unit communications KPIs and seeks to improve performance and team member engagement
· Manages daily deadlines with ease and ensures content and projects are complete
· Participates in 24-hour, on-call availability, if applicable
· Staff’s hospital/business unit command centers during emergencies and natural disasters
· Supports the creation of crisis/issues communication plans
· May provide mentoring or leadership to communications specialists
GENERAL SUMMARY
The Manager of Team Member Communications and Engagement leverages innovative interdisciplinary strategies to bring the story of the AdventHealth’s culture and employee experience to life, with both internal and external audiences, if applicable. They are responsible for the development and execution of communications that support AdventHealth’s business priorities through campus-level or business unit-level storytelling, content creation, and culture-building events and activities. The Manager is passionate about creating multimedia content that showcases team members and physicians living out AdventHealth’s mission. They are a skilled writer who captures the voice of the client, and creates dynamic communications that sparks engagement with team members and physicians. In partnership with C-Suite, Human Resources, Events and other teams, the Manager develops or co-develops campus or business unit events and supporting communications that drives team member engagement and grows culture. They have a strong understanding of Division and systemwide strategies and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS PREFERRED:
· Experience in managing campaigns or projects that leverage a sphere of integrated internal and external communications or marketing strategies
· Understanding of photography and graphic design principles, and working knowledge of tools such as Canva
· Working knowledge of various social media outlets
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
· Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, marketing or related field
· Five years of experience in corporate communications, journalism, marketing or related field
· Experience building strategic communications plans across a variety of internal and external channels
· Experience planning and overseeing events (media, consumer or employee)
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:
· Communications experience in a corporate setting
· Presentation design and development

· Current Florida Driver’s License
