We are seeking a Lot Assistant to join our team. As a Lot Assistant, you will be responsible for the organization and cleanliness of our vehicles and lot. This position requires an individual who is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Maintain an organized inventory of vehicles, tracking their location and conditions
Coordinate the movement and arrangement of vehicle to optimize space and accessibility
Perform basic maintenance checks on vehicles, such as checking tire pressure, checking electric range , checking fuel and fluid levels to meet quality standards
Retrieve vehicles for customers as needed
Assist in the cleaning and presentation of vehicles for display or transportation
Assist Sales Managers with showing/test drives of vehicles
Keep the parking lot and service area clean and organized
Support administrative task related to vehicle documentation and records
Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
Requirements:
Previous experience in similar role within the automotive industry preferred
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Good communication and teamwork skills
Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety standards
