Key Responsibilities:
• Account Management:
o Manage and nurture existing accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
o Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients.
• Sales Activities:
o Perform cold calls to generate leads and expand the client base.
o Upsell products and services to existing and new clients.
o Provide customer follow-up and maintain consistent communication to address client needs and inquiries.
• Customer Service:
o Manage client expectations by delivering on promises and providing timely solutions.
o Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Administrative Tasks:
o Utilize Word and Excel to prepare sales reports, maintain client records, and manage other administrative tasks.
• Team Collaboration:
o Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Weekend Work:
o Be available to work some weekends as needed to meet client demands and business requirements.
Requirements:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to work some weekends.
• Self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic.
• Sales background mandatory with proven experience in sales.
• Ability to cold call and generate new leads.
• Strong account management skills.
• Experience in identifying and developing new accounts.
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
• Ability to upsell products and services.
• Experience in managing client expectations and delivering exceptional customer service.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous experience in the fleet and services industry.
• Demonstrated success in sales roles, preferably in a similar industry.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
