Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and consultative Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our team onsite. This role combines deep expertise in talent acquisition with proactive community engagement to enhance candidate identification and drive successful hiring outcomes. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic partner, collaborating with hiring managers and key stakeholders to deliver service excellence while fostering community relationships to build a diverse and robust talent pipeline.
Location: Onsite with split time between Towson, MD and Glen Burnie, MD
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition and Recruitment:
Facilitate communications between key stakeholders to optimize hiring practices and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Understand the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding; acting as a SME regarding questions and solutions
Build and maintain a talent pipeline to engage for current and future hiring needs.
Community Engagement:
Develop and maintain relationships with community organizations, schools, and local groups to expand candidate pools.
Represent the organization at job fairs, community events, and networking opportunities.
Lead initiatives to promote the organization’s employer brand within the community and attract diverse talent.
Consultative Advisor Role:
Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing market insights, best practices, and guidance on hiring trends.
Collaborate with TA Leadership and teams to ensure alignment regarding organizational priorities and hiring expectations
Service Excellence:
Commit to delivering a positive candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment process.
Track and analyze recruitment metrics with specific focus on hiring manager and candidate satisfaction and ROI on community outreach and hiring events to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure goals are met.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources or related field required. Equivalent experience may be considered.
Experience:
5 or more years of results-oriented client facing recruiting experience in an RPO, in-house, or agency setting.
Proven experience in talent acquisition, community engagement, or related roles.
Demonstrated ability to provide consultative advice to hiring managers and stakeholders.
Preferred:
Experience in community outreach, event planning, or workforce development programs.
Strong experience working within a Healthcare / Hospital system with an understanding of niche hiring needs in this industry and market segment.

The anticipated starting salary range for individuals in this position is $60,000 - $120,000 dependent upon experience, geography, and industry knowledge.
