Customer Service/Account Management
**This is a fast paced position** Advancement opportunity for the right candidate**
We are a well established Distribution Company for the Apparel Industry in need of a professional upbeat and reliable order processing account rep.
• Investigate and resolve customer issues and complaints passed on by the sales department
• Promptly and accurately process multiple phone and inbound email orders
• Develop and maintain customer service standards, policies and procedures for the department
• Communicate and deliver reports concerning orders to Executive Management on a consistent basis
• Process and follow through on 50 plus orders/day
Ideal candidates must have the following skills and qualifications:
• Must have at least 1 year Account Management, order processing experience
• Sense of urgency
• Strong data processing skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Detail-oriented with the ability to follow-up on tasks, delegate duties and train subordinates on processes, product, services and company regulations
• Ability to prioritize and work independently. ***High Level of organizational skills***
• Motivational, listening, problem-solving skills, tact and diplomacy when dealing with complex problems with internal departments (sales and procurement) and customers.
• Work effectively under pressure and maintain a positive attitude
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, Type 50 WPM
• Must be able to work M-F for full 8 hours
