Currently, we are on the lookout for full-time waxing specialists to join our dynamic team. With shifts ranging from 4-5 days a week, each lasting 6-7.5 hours plus breaks.

Our ideal candidate:
- Licensed Esthetician in California
- 5+ years waxing experience, required minimum 1 year full time waxing in a spa/salon.
- High touch, high end customer service communication. We are a luxury spa and our employees excel in offering positive communication.
- Experience with hard wax and soft waxes.
- Experience with lash and brow tinting.
- Excellent work ethic and eager to build a lasting and flourishing waxing career with us.
- Maintains a positive, upbeat and personable demeanor.
- Maintains a professional appearance and work ethic at all times and under difficult circumstances.
- Maintains a tidy and organized work space with enthusiasm.
- Is punctual and reliable, consistently adhering to scheduled shifts and picking up shifts as needed.
- Has clear and effective communication with colleagues, supervisors, and clients.
- Can problem solve and has the ability to analyze situations and find effective solutions.
- Willingness to acquire new skills and knowledge to stay relevant in the role.
- Adaptable, open to change, and able to adjust to new situations or challenges.
