What’s in Store?
We’re looking for a community manager for two our mobilehome communities in Santa Rosa. This position is full time, Monday through Friday.
Administrative Duties:
- Correspond via email, phone, and in person with residents.
- Distribute rent statements and process rent payments.
- Bank deposits, reconciliation of the park’s monthly billing and collections.
- Rental showings and application processing.
- Day-to-day tasks of community management.
Compliance Duties:
- Space and amenities compliance, and enforcement of rules and regulations.
- Daily property walks.
- Management of compliance notices and procedural timing.
- Conflict resolution management.
Who’s Right for this Position?
- Fluent in Spanish (preferred) and English.
- Self-motivated - We offer training, but the best way to grow into the role is to learn as you go. We can’t train common sense and resourcefulness, however.
- People-orientated – Build rapport with residents through good communication, active listening, and empathy.
- Humility – Take complete ownership of the role, be open to criticism, and see mistakes as learning opportunities.
- Curious - We are looking for curious team members!
