Your Mission:
As a Manager, Marketing Operations at Euna Solutions, you will lead our marketing operations team and streamline our MarTech stack to accelerate pipeline growth and enhance marketing performance across our diverse product lines. You will align cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders, and ensure efficient, scalable marketing processes that deliver measurable impact.
What You'll Do:
- Lead and Inspire a Team: As a player-coach, you'll mentor and lead a high-performing marketing operations team. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
- Strategic MarTech Management: Take a strategic view of the MarTech stack, assessing and optimizing tools like Pardot, Salesforce, Lean Data, Pursuit, 6sense, and others to drive efficiency, scalability, and ROI.
- Drive Marketing Automation: Develop frameworks to maintain and enhance prospect data, create automation rules, and support seamless lead flow from marketing to sales.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Act as the key liaison between Marketing, Revenue Operations, and other internal stakeholders to align goals and drive results.
- Data Stewardship: Establish robust data management processes, ensure database quality, and educate teams on best practices. Act as a steward of data integrity.
- Analytics and Reporting: Develop comprehensive performance reports, offering actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Innovation and Best Practices: Keep pace with best practices in marketing operations around ABM, lead routing, sales qualification methodologies and more.
- Efficient Process Implementation: Proactively identify inefficiencies in marketing processes and implement strategic improvements to drive operational excellence.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: 5+ years in marketing operations, MarTech administration, or related roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management position.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams, manage priorities, and develop team members for growth and success. Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders across functions and levels.
- Strategic Vision: A forward-thinking approach to technology and processes, with the ability to identify opportunities for innovation and optimization.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of Pardot and Salesforce; familiarity with HubSpot, ABM platforms, and other tools is a strong plus. Hands-on experience in building lists, workflows, reports, and marketing campaigns is essential. HTML and/or CSS skills are a bonus.
- Data-Driven Decision-Making: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret metrics and translate them into actionable strategies.
Location:
This position will be a hybrid role with 3 days/week in either our Atlanta, GA or Oakville, ON office.
