Seeking a Full-Time Receptionist with a positive and pleasant attitude for a Skilled Nursing Facility.
Answers, screens, and directs calls in a courteous and professional manner; takes messages and/or forwards telephone calls to appropriate employee or voice mail.
Responds to visitors, clients, and employees in a courteous and professional manner.
Prepares and forwards outgoing mail and packages.
Performs general clerical duties including but not limited to filing, photocopying, faxing, and mailing as required.
Organizes and maintains file system; files correspondence and other records.
Orders and maintains supplies, arranges for equipment maintenance, and keeps reception area organized.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Ideal candidate for this position is someone who works well under pressure, able to multitask, problem solve with and without assistance, takes constructive criticism, punctual, reliable and with previous experience in customer service, willing to train the right person.
Qualifications:
High school diploma and prior office experience.
Minimum 2 years receptionist experience preferred.
Excellent phone and customer service skills.
Ability to communicate clearly in both written and verbal communications.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; able to manage priorities and workflow.
Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within changing priorities with enthusiasm..
40 hours per week (M-F) 8:00am to 4:30am is the main schedule but must be available to swap shifts when needed.
