Our opportunity: As the premium provider of drinking water and water treatment services Select Source Water continues to innovate and expand our business nationwide by offering tailored solutions to meet the specific needs of each customer backed by our superior water filtration service.
As a Customer Sales Representative, you’ll be responsible for driving customer leads by identifying, prospecting, and offering free water tests . This role will play a pivotal role in expanding the company’s customer base and establishing strong relationships with customers. The ideal candidate for this position will have strong customer relationship management skills, demonstrate excellent product knowledge, and be comfortable with talking to a lot of people

What you’ll do:
Prospecting and lead generation inside Home Depot’s
• 2 weeks of extensive training to ensure the knowledge and understanding to be successful as a lead setter
• Identify and research potential clients through various channels.
• help customers while they shop , network to generate leads and create a strong pipeline.
Customer relationship management:
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
Market and competitive analysis:
• Stay updated on industry trends, market developments and competitor activities.
• Use market insights to adapt sales strategies and identify new opportunities.
Product knowledge:
• Understand the details of the products and services being sold.
• Continue to learn and stay up to date with the newest products, services, and trends.
Documentation:
• Maintain accurate and detailed records with appropriate pictures attached.
