This individual MUST be friendly greet everyone that enters our office with a smile and professionalism. We're looking for someone that just needs a job...we are looking for someone that wants to grow with our team and looking for a career. Our team members are like family and we all work well together. Our environment is high energy, drama free, judgement free and open-minded. Hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
A year or more of experience in reception, clerical, office work and dealing with the public
Assist the CEO with daily office endeavors
Ability to speak, read and write English
Strong organizational skills
Calendar Management
Document Management
Pay close attention to details
Order supplies and manage inventory
Can work under pressure
Manage time well
Can follow verbal and written directions
Computer skills (Highly Desired and Preferred) and good phone etiquette are a MUST.
