The role you’ll contribute:
The Intermediate Business Optimization Analyst is the subject matter expert in process analysis and redesign utilizing both qualitative and quantitative methods to improve Finance and Supply Chain Shared Services processes. This role will participate in analysis of business processes and make recommendations to decision makers regarding opportunities that will support strategic goals. The individual in this position will be a strong communicator who is self-motivated, and results driven. This person will participate in developing measurement strategies, reporting systems and auditing processes and will provide consulting assistance to SCSS leaders.

- Identifying Business Partner Efficiencies: Interpret all Shared Services functions, Support Center, Procurement, Data Integrity, AP, Accounting, and Payroll, regarding end-to-end process assessment for efficiency and effectiveness
- Applying Data Analysis: Influence process improvement through disciplined use of measurements, accountability, analysis, and discussion of process alternatives to arrive at best practices
- Organizing and Executing Projects: Balance multiple projects by updating project documentation, keeping organized notes, and delivering timely results on projects and tasks
- Utilizing Enterprise and Information Systems: Execute strategy, solution and design, automation, configuration management, functional testing and application tools support
- Building Business Relationships: Participate in the business solutions conversations by building relationships with other teams/personnel
- Executing Change Management: Interpret the effectiveness of existing business processes and implement sustainable, repeatable, and quantifiable business process improvements
- Process Analysis and Implementation: Examine current performance, assess future performance, and execute project tasks to track action items
- Organizing Documentation: Implement project level documentation such as business requirements, functional specs, technical specs, and process maps
- Implementing Effective Collaboration Measures: Demonstrate cross-functional and cross-department process understanding in collaborative tasks
- Sketching Out Best Practices: Organize and consolidate best practices and lessons learned to aid in the application of similar process improvement opportunities
- Presenting Data Findings: Present data findings and interpretations in meetings; relate findings and interpretations to business cases to support proposed improvements
- Interpreting and Applying Metrics: Organize and compare information and data gathering resources and strategies
- Collaborating with other Teams: Interface and collaborate with other business functions as required including but not limited to iSynergy, Security, SCIT, Corporate and AHS facilities
Qualifications
The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed :
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED :
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
- 3 years of experience in a business analytics role
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:
- Master’s Degree in Data Analytics or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in process improvement/quality strongly preferred
- Minimum 1 years of experience in a supported functional area (e.g., Supply Chain, Accounts Payable, etc.) or 1 year in a Shared Services environment
LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION, OR REGISTRATION PREFERRED:
- LEAN Certification, Six Sigma Green Belt preferred
